How it happens:
Your Impression kit will be sent out when we receive your order. Once you have taken the prints if you could take a photo (directly above) and email or message these back to me. Email or phone number will be on the order form. We will start work on your order on receipt of useable prints. The benefit to sending a photo of the prints is you get to keep the original prints 🙂
The prints are taken using an easy no mess print kit which is included with every order. If you have prints from a previous Joy Impressions order or existing prints we can also use these.
Your items will be posted within 15 working days of receiving the prints.

Prior to shipping We will conduct a thorough inspection of the items you've purchased. The majority of orders will be delivered within 48 hours. Delivery is expected to take between 3 and 7 days.
Returns
Stock is dynamic. It's not completely managed by us since we have multiple parties such as the factory and the storage. So the actual stock may fluctuate at any moment. It is possible that stock may run out after your order has been placed.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. We cannot exchange or refund your order when it's been 30 days since you purchased it.
In order for your item to be considered eligible for return the item must not be opened and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be returned in the original packaging.
