A mini charm is impressed with the unique details of your loved one’s handprint or footprint and attached to a stunning sterling silver sweetie bracelet. This luxurious piece enables a handprint or footprint on the front of the charm with name (up to 6 letters) or initial hand inscribed on the reverse.
The handprint or footprints are miniaturized to fit the charm size and enable all ages – young to old to fit onto your bespoke piece of personalised jewellery.

How it happens
Your Impressions kit will be sent out along with an order form to confirm all the personalised details when we receive your order. You will be asked to take a photo of the prints (directly above) and email the prints back to the studio.👣 🐾 🖐This enables you to keep the original. We will start work on your order on receipt of useable prints.
The prints are taken using an easy no mess print kit which is included with every order. If you have prints from a previous Joy Impressions order or existing print’s we can also use these.
Your items will be posted within approx. 10 working days from receipt of prints. This can be longer in peak times.

Prior to shipping We will conduct a thorough inspection of the items you've purchased. The majority of orders will be delivered within 48 hours. Delivery is expected to take between 3 and 7 days.
Returns
Stock is dynamic. It's not completely managed by us since we have multiple parties such as the factory and the storage. So the actual stock may fluctuate at any moment. It is possible that stock may run out after your order has been placed.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. We cannot exchange or refund your order when it's been 30 days since you purchased it.
In order for your item to be considered eligible for return the item must not be opened and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be returned in the original packaging.
